In an effort to streamline requests for work, expedite scheduling, and avoid duplication, Campus Services reminds faculty and staff to contact Customer Service at ext. 6111 or use the Web-based work order request site at http://workrequest.buffalostate.edu to place requests for work or services. Customer Service turns these requests into work orders and forwards them directly to the appropriate shop supervisors for scheduling.
