Buffalo State College has announced a newly endowed scholarship to honor the memory of alumnus Joseph Sperrazza, a revered teacher and administrator with the Buffalo Board of Education. The Joseph S. Sperrazza Endowed Scholarship Fund will provide an annual award to a student—undergraduate or graduate—working toward a degree in elementary or secondary education at Buffalo State. Administered by the Buffalo State College Foundation, the fund is now accepting applications for the fall.
